Services Built Around The Bench
Lesa Jewelry Co., Limited runs six connected services from one workshop in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong, so a single team carries your piece from drawing to delivery. Every service below is performed in house or under our direct supervision, and every quotation names the maker, the materials, and the timeline in writing before any deposit is taken.
Custom Jewelry Design
Our design desk turns a photograph, a family stone, or a rough idea into a finished drawing with exact millimeter specifications, metal weights, and a stone map. You will see pencil sketches first, then photorealistic renders, and nothing goes to the bench until you approve the drawing in writing. Revisions in the sketch stage are included, because changing a line on paper costs minutes while changing a cast ring costs weeks. Most custom commissions move from approved sketch to finished piece in three to five weeks.
Engagement rings, signet rings, wedding bands, pendants, earrings, and reset heirlooms are the most requested categories, and the workshop keeps a private archive of past drawings for clients who want a matching piece years later.
Fine Jewelry Manufacturing
The workshop casts, fabricates, sets, and polishes in 18k and 14k yellow gold, rose gold, white gold, platinum, and sterling silver. We work in small controlled batches with one maker responsible for each piece from first pour to final inspection, which keeps tolerance tight and finish consistent. Every casting is checked for porosity, every seat is cut under a loupe, and every polish is inspected under bright light before hallmarking.
Production capacity covers single commissions through runs of several hundred units, and each batch leaves the bench with a signed record of the materials and processes used.
Gemstone Sourcing and Certification
Our buyers source diamonds, sapphires, rubies, emeralds, pearls, and more than thirty other varieties through a vetted network of licensed cutters and dealers. Stones above set thresholds are submitted to recognized laboratories for grading, and every certificate is checked against the physical stone before purchase. You approve the exact stones by photograph and video before anything is bought on your behalf.
Ethical sourcing is a written policy, not a slogan: we require origin declarations from suppliers and decline stones that cannot document a lawful chain of custody.
Jewelry Repair and Restoration
Worn prongs, thin shanks, loose stones, broken chains, and tired settings are restored at the same bench that builds new pieces. Standard repairs carry a 48h turnaround from arrival to dispatch, and complex restorations are quoted after a documented inspection with photographs sent to you before work begins. Heirloom restoration is handled with original components wherever possible, and replaced parts are returned to you with the finished piece.
Every repair leaves the workshop re-inspected, re-polished, and covered by a written workmanship note that states exactly what was done.
Wholesale and Private Label
Boutiques and brand owners use the workshop as their production partner: we manufacture to your drawings, apply your hallmarks where regulations allow, and ship under neutral packaging or your own branded cases. Minimum order quantities start low enough for a first capsule collection, and repeat runs keep the same tooling so later batches match the first. Pricing is tiered by metal market rates at the time of casting, with written quotations valid for a stated window.
Private label clients receive the same bench records and material declarations as private clients, which simplifies customs paperwork and retail compliance.
Worldwide Shipping and Packaging
Finished pieces travel in padded, tamper-evident, fully insured parcels with tracking to more than forty countries. Each parcel is packed by the maker who finished the piece, includes the care card and certificate set, and is photographed sealed before the courier collects it. Import documentation is prepared correctly the first time so parcels clear customs without delay, and we advise clients on duties before dispatch.
Local clients in Hong Kong may collect by appointment at the Kwun Tong workshop, where the fitting and final adjustment are done while you wait.
