Fine Jewelry Made With Quiet
Brilliance
And Honest Handwork

Lesa Jewelry Co., Limited is an independent jewelry house that designs, makes, and restores fine jewelry from a working bench in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. We cut, cast, set, and polish in small controlled batches, pair every gemstone with a certificate, and keep one maker responsible for each piece from first sketch to final inspection. Private clients in more than forty countries trust the workshop with engagements, anniversaries, and everyday signatures that are meant to outlast fashion.

The Bench Routine

Four Steps From Sketch To Shipment

Every commission at Lesa Jewelry Co., Limited travels the same disciplined path along the rail below, whether it is a single pair of platinum studs or a two hundred piece wholesale run for a boutique. The rail is not decoration: it is the written sequence our bench follows, and every job carries a workshop card that is signed at each node before work continues. Nothing skips a checkpoint, because a missing note at the sketch stage becomes a misfit stone at the setting stage and a disappointed client at the delivery stage.

You receive a short update at every node, with photographs at the moments that matter most: the chosen stones, the first seat cut, and the finished polish. It is a slower way to run a workshop, and it is the only way we know to hand back a piece that fits the first time it is worn.

The written record matters after delivery too. If you bring the piece back for a resize years from now, the card tells the setter which alloy was cast, which burnisher finished the edges, and which stone sits in which seat, so the repair is made with knowledge instead of guesswork. Clients who move between countries often tell us this card is the reason they ship the piece back to Kwun Tong rather than entrust it to a bench that has never seen it.

Sketch

A commission begins as a pencil drawing with millimeter notes, stone maps, and an estimated metal weight. We revise the sketch with you until the proportion looks right on paper, because paper is the cheapest place in jewelry to fix a mistake. Only an approved sketch moves the card to the stone bench, and the approved drawing is photographed and attached to the workshop card so every later decision has a reference.

Select Stones

Our buyers match certified diamonds, sapphires, emeralds, and pearls to the approved drawing and check each certificate against the stone in hand. You approve the exact stones by photograph and video before anything is purchased. Nothing is swapped later without your written consent, and the certificate numbers are recorded on the card so insurance and resale remain simple years later.

Hand Set

Setters open every seat under a loupe and close metal around each stone in stages, checking symmetry and seat depth after every pass. This microscope work is what separates sharp brilliance from a dull, grey sparkle. A second setter re-checks the whole piece before it leaves the station, because four eyes catch what two eyes forgive.

Finish and Ship

Final polishing, hallmark checks, and a last inspection under bright light precede a padded, insured, tracked shipment. Each parcel leaves Kwun Tong with a care card, a service note, and a signed bench record. Tracking is sent the moment the courier scans the box, and the desk stays reachable until you confirm the piece arrived safely.

Capabilities At A Glance

Five benches under one roof and one standard of finish across every order, from a single prong retip to a container of wholesale mounts. The same makers, the same loupe checks, and the same signed card apply whether the job took an hour or a month.

The Workshop By The Numbers

Counts are pulled from our bench ledger at the close of each season, never rounded up for marketing. Behind every number stands a name: the client who ordered, the maker who signed the card, and the courier who scanned the parcel.

Bring Your Idea To The Bench

Send a sketch, a photograph, or a rough description, and the design desk replies within one business day with drawings, a stone plan, and a clear quotation. The first consultation is free and there is no obligation to proceed. If a piece cannot be made well, we will say so before you pay anything, and if it can be made better than you imagined, the drawings will show you how.
