Most custom pieces take three to five weeks from approved sketch to dispatch. Complex multi-stone settings and full wedding suites can take six to eight weeks. We confirm a written timeline with every quotation and send checkpoint photographs while the work is on the bench.
Yes. Every order ships fully insured with tracking to more than forty countries, and the parcel is photographed sealed before collection. Import duties, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient, and we estimate them for you before dispatch so there are no surprises at the border.
Ready-to-wear pieces can be returned within 14 days of delivery in original condition. Custom commissions and engraved pieces are made to your specification and cannot be returned unless there is a defect in materials or workmanship, in which case the workshop will remake or repair the piece under our written craftsmanship warranty.
